Adjustment of Package PV Based on Company Marketing Direction

Please be informed that the PV allocated to company packages follows a standardized formula set by the company. However, from time to time, certain packages may be assigned a higher PV as part of the company’s marketing strategy to encourage marketers to focus on promoting those specific packages.

 

For example, the 1968 Package currently carries a higher PV as the company is directing marketers to prioritize and promote this package in the market.

 

Previously, the 1090 Package was also assigned a higher PV when it was the company’s key promotional package. As the company’s marketing focus has now shifted to the 1968 Package, the PV for the 1090 Package has been adjusted back to its normal PV level.

 

Please note that PV adjustments may be implemented periodically in accordance with the company’s strategic marketing direction and product promotion priorities.

 

All marketers are advised to take note of this update and align their marketing strategies accordingly.

Please be informed that for the AB 10K Package, AB is entitled to RM2,000 worth of free products.

 

Kindly take note of the following redemption arrangement:

  • Until 31 March 2026
  • AB may claim the RM2,000 free products together with the package free gifts.

Effective 1 April 2026 onwards

  • AB will only be allowed to claim the RM2,000 free products.
  • Package free gifts will no longer be entitled during redemption.

Arrangement for DHL & Pos Pickup Before Hari Raya Aidilfitri Holiday

Subject: Arrangement for DHL & Pos Pickup Before Hari Raya Aidilfitri Holiday

 

Please be informed that the Operation Department will be closed from 21st March 2026 (Saturday) to 23rd March 2026 (Monday) and will resume work on 24th March 2026 (Tuesday).

 

To ensure customers receive their purchases before Hari Raya Aidilfitri holiday, the following are the recommended last pickup dates from DHL and POS:
East Malaysia: 12th March 2026 (Thursday)
West Malaysia: 16th March 2026 (Monday)
Note: Kindly note that delivery will take up to 10 days from the pickup date, effective 2 March 2026 until Hari Raya 2026.)

 

Important Notes:
Flex-C Products : After the cutoff dates mentioned above, all parcels picked up by DHL may only be delivered after 24th March 2026. DHL will store these parcels in their warehouse, which does not have air-conditioning. This may compromise the quality of temperature-sensitive products, such as Flex-C products. Therefore, no Flex-C products should be arranged for pickup after the cutoff dates.

 

Non Flex-C Products : For non-MCT products, pickups can still be arranged until the following dates:
East Malaysia: 20th March 2026 (Friday)
West Malaysia: 20th March 2026 (Friday)

Operational Update on Parcel Dispatch

Subject: Operational Update on Parcel Dispatch

 

Courier Service Transition
Management has made the decision to switch from DHL to Pos Laju due to the following operational challenges:

  • After the resignation of our dedicated DHL person-in-charge, parcel issues required email communication with customer service.
  • Response time typically took 3–5 working days, affecting efficiency and problem resolution speed.
  • There was no immediate escalation support available.

To ensure better responsiveness and faster issue handling, we transitioned to Pos Laju, where a reachable person-in-charge is available when urgent parcel matters arise.

 

However, please note:

  • Pos Laju is currently not integrated into our existing system.
  • Operations are required to manually generate AWB one by one.
  • This manual process requires additional processing time.

Ramadan Pickup Timing Adjustment

  • Due to Bulan Ramadan, parcel pickup time has been adjusted earlier to approximately 1:30pm–2:00pm, instead of the usual 4:30pm.
  • This earlier collection timing has contributed to certain parcels being unable to be dispatched on the same day or the next day if not completed before pickup time.

Action Taken
COO has concluded a meeting with the Operations Team and will be implementing a new SOP to streamline workflow, improve coordination, and ensure smoother dispatch processes moving forward.

SenangPay System Upgrade & Pending Migration Arrangement

Subject: SenangPay System Upgrade & Pending Migration Arrangement

 

Dear Marketers,

 

Please be informed that SenangPay has officially announced a system upgrade to a new global payment platform powered by DOKU.

 

Migration Timeline
The migration will be conducted in phases starting 25 February 2026 and is expected to be fully completed by end of April 2026.

 

At this moment, we are awaiting our specific migration arrangement date, which will be communicated to us separately.

 

Important Notice
During this transition period, the SenangPay system may not operate fully under normal “Business as Usual” conditions. You may potentially experience:

• Temporary transaction processing delays
• Slight lag in payment status updates
• Delays in historical transaction data syncing

 

We advise all marketers to:
1. Monitor payment statuses closely.
2. Inform customers in advance if any payment confirmation delay occurs.
3. Escalate any urgent transaction issues to accounts or the admin department immediately.

 

We will provide further updates once we receive our official migration date and detailed instructions.

Discontinuation of Use of Certain Logos

This is to inform all employees / staff representatives that the following logos must no longer be used in any company-related materials with immediate effect:

 

(a) Brunei Halal Logo
(b) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
(c) Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S)

 

All marketing team members and any individuals who had previously used these logos are required to review and update all marketing collaterals, digital assets, social media contents, presentations and any printed materials to remove the above logos accordingly.

 

Please ensure that all existing and future materials comply with this directive. Necessary adjustments should be made as soon as possible to avoid any misrepresentation.

To ensure customers receive their purchases before Chinese New Year holiday, the following are the recommended last pickup dates from DHL and POS:
East Malaysia: 7th February 2026 (Saturday)
West Malaysia: 11th February 2026 (Wednesday)

Important Notes:
MCT Products : After the cutoff dates mentioned above, all parcels picked up by DHL may only be delivered after 19th February 2026. DHL will store these parcels in their warehouse, which does not have air-conditioning. This may compromise the quality of temperature-sensitive products, such as MCT products. Therefore, no MCT products should be arranged for pickup after the cutoff dates.

Non-MCT Products : For non-MCT products, pickups can still be arranged until the following dates:
East Malaysia: 13th February 2026 (Friday)
West Malaysia: 13th February 2026 (Friday)
