Please be reminded that in the Google Commission Sheet where you record your order transactions, it is mandatory to TICK if the transaction involves a NEW CUSTOMER.

If the Accounts Department detects more than 10% fraudulent declarations (e.g. marking repeat customers as new), the company reserves the right to temporarily freeze the marketer's payout for investigation.

If you are uncertain whether a customer is a new or repeat customer, please verify with the Operations Team in the TW Operation Group before submitting your commission sheet.

Please be informed that any amendments made to the commission sheet after the cut-off date and without prior notification to the Admin Department are strictly prohibited.

For your reference:
* Transactions from 1st–15th of the month must be submitted by the 18th.
* Ms. Jane from the Admin Department will begin the checking process on the 19th.
* A "Checked" remark will be added to the commission sheet once the review is completed.

Any amendments found on a "checked" commission sheet without prior communication or approval from Ms. Jane will be treated as a serious violation.

In such cases, the company reserves the right to temporarily freeze the marketer's payout for further investigation.
