Subject: Bank Transaction Approval Cut-Off Time for Self Pickup Shipments

Dear Team,

Please be informed that the cut-off times for bank transaction approvals by the Accounts Department for self pickup shipments are as follows:

Monday to Friday: Cut-off at 4:30 PM
Saturday: Cut-off at 11:00 AM

Note: Cut-off times stated do not apply on public holidays and Sundays. No approvals will be processed on these days.

Kindly ensure all bank transactions are completed and submitted within the stated time to avoid any delays in shipment arrangements.
