Subject: Attendance Requirement for System MDE Leaders Effective 1st January 2026

Effective 1st January 2026, all System MDE Leaders are required to comply with the following attendance requirements in order to be eligible for company incentives.

Mandatory Attendance:

• Daily Morning Briefings
• Tuesday Night Elite Meetings
• Thursday Night Trainings
• All Physical Activities, including but not limited to:
  • Internal Meetings
  • Company Trainings
  • RS & Elite Workshops
  • Team Building Programs

Attendance Requirement:

• System MDE Leaders must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance across all the above sessions.
• The remaining 20% absenteeism is only acceptable with valid reasons that are approved in advance by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Incentive Eligibility:

Only those who fulfill the attendance requirement will be entitled to receive the following company incentives:

• Black Pool
• Travel Incentive
• Car Fund Pool
