Subject: Refund Case – RM100 Voucher

 

Customers intend to use a RM100 voucher but accidentally bank in the full package amount.

 

✅Allowed Refund Scenario:

  • Customer intended to use a RM100 voucher but accidentally banked in the full amount (e.g., RM1,090).

 

Marketers must:

  • Place the order in the system using the voucher (i.e., at RM990, not RM1,090).
  • Inform the Operation & Account Department in the Operation WhatsApp Group, attaching the bank-in slip (showing RM1,090) and explaining that the voucher was meant to be used.
  • Upon verification, the company will refund RM100 to the customer.

 

❌Refund Not Allowed Scenario:

  • Customer banked in RM1,090, and marketer placed the order in the system at RM1,090 without applying the voucher.
  • In this case, since the order did not reflect voucher usage, no refund will be approved.

 

All marketers must ensure the system accurately reflects the voucher application. Refunds will only be processed if the voucher is applied during order placement and proper notification is sent to the Operations group.
