Please take note of the following delivery timelines when using Flash courier service:

• East Malaysia (non-outskirt areas): Estimated 5–9 working days (excluding any customs interference)
• East Malaysia (outskirt areas): Estimated 9–14 working days (excluding any customs interference)

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP):
Once the operations team places an order via EasyParcel and assigns it to Flash, the team will notify the respective marketer. Please note that the delivery time will follow Flash’s standard timeline, as stated above.

For any urgent matters or clarification, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Operations Department.
