Christmas Flash Sales - Free Gift Ordering Process

Please be informed that for all Christmas Flash Sales, it is mandatory to place orders for free gifts in the system. This ensures transparency and proper tracking of inventory and customer transactions.

Example Process:

Customer Order Total:

RM750 + RM1,488 = RM2,238

Entitled Free Gift:

Bonus: RM500

1 box Zen Meal

Customer Free Gift Selection:

2 bottles 3B worth RM440

1 bottle MCT worth RM220

Total Value: RM660 (Bonus RM500 + Customer Top-Up RM160)

System Entry:

Total in System: RM2,238 (Order) + RM660 (Free Gift) = RM3,096

Customer Payment: RM2,238 (Order) + RM160 (Top-Up) = RM2,398

Key Action Required:

Marketers must input the full value of the free gifts in the system alongside the main order, even though the customer pays only the order amount plus any required top-up. This ensures accurate record-keeping and eliminates discrepancies.
