Transaction Approval Policy

During Office Hours
Before 12:00 noon: Transaction approvals will be processed promptly.
After 4:00 pm and before 5:00 pm: Approval requests will be handled.

Out of Office Hours
No guaranteed approval: Transactions may be approved as long as account staff is available.
Night Approvals (around 10:00 pm): Approvals may occur but are subject to staff availability.

Possible Approval Delays
System Adjustments: Approval may be delayed if adjustments in the system backend by Vesson are required to resolve certain issues.

Pending Seller Confirmation: Transactions waiting for the seller to confirm the bank holder’s name, which is not identifiable from the bank statement, cannot be approved until confirmation is received.

GIRO Payments: Approvals for transactions involving GIRO payments from customers may be delayed, as it takes 2-3 working days for the payment to reflect on the bank statement.
