Open Box Policy for DHL Shipments
Dear Marketers,
Please be informed of the Open Box service offered by DHL. If your customer requests this service, kindly ensure that you note it in both the "Remark to DHL" and "Remark to Operation" fields. Both remarks are necessary for the request to be processed.
What is the Open Box Service?
The Open Box service allows customers to inspect the contents of their package upon delivery to ensure everything is in order before accepting it.
Please note, there is an additional charge of RM4 for this service, which will be borne by the seller.
