Mandatory Use of Trendwellness Logo Box for Parcel Shipments

Dear All Marketers,

Effective immediately, all parcels dispatched to customers must be packaged in the Trendwellness logo box. The Operations team will ensure that parcels are properly packed and ready for self-pickup for those marketers requesting collection directly from the Operations department.

As per company policy, all shipments to customers must be sent in the branded box. For any exceptional cases where customers prefer not to receive parcels with the logo visible, the Operations team will wrap the box with a DHL plastic console pouch. Kindly ensure to note such special requests when placing the order to facilitate the DHL wrapping.
