Subject: Updated Logistics Arrangements – Effective 1 December 2025

Please be informed of the updated logistics procedure that will take effect starting 1st  December 2025, until further notice.

1. Primary Courier Service – Pos Laju

All customer orders will be shipped using Pos Laju as the default courier service starting 1st December 2025.

2. Exceptions to Using DHL Courier Services

DHL logistics will ONLY be used for the following two cases below:

a. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exceeding RM2,000

b. Orders requiring Open Box Service

3. System Limitation – Tracking Number Notification

As Pos Laju’s courier service is currently not integrated with our system, the tracking number will not be auto-generated and sent automatically to the customers via WhatsApp.

Once the Operations Team creates the shipment, they will share the tracking number with the marketers. We kindly seek for the marketers’ assistance to forward it to the customers.
