Subject: NEW CUSTOMER & REPEAT CUSTOMER DECLARATION IN COMMISSION SHEET (Updated Policy)
Dear Team,
Please be reminded that in the Google Commission Sheet where you record your order transactions, it is mandatory to TICK if the transaction involves a NEW CUSTOMER.
If the Accounts Department detects more than 10% fraudulent declarations (e.g. marking repeat customers as new), the company reserves the right to temporarily freeze the marketer's payout for investigation.
Clause:
* In the event that such fraudulent declarations exceed 10%, the company will consider all sales within that submission period as repeat customer sales, and the payout will be held for a minimum of two (2) weeks for further verification and investigation.
* All marketers are required to maintain their own accurate customer records to support verification and ensure transparency in commission reporting.
Your accuracy and integrity are crucial to ensuring a fair and transparent commission process.
