Subject: PRODUCT PACKAGING & LABEL UPDATE – FLEX-C 810

We are pleased to announce the launch of our newly upgraded product FLEX-C 810, previously known as MCT Premium Medium-Chain Triglyceride Oil. Kindly take note of the following key updates and changes to the product packaging and labelling for internal reference and communication consistency.

Top:

· Brand Logo: Now includes a Trademark (™) symbol beside TrendWellness. (Eg: TrendWellness™)

Front:

· Product name: Changed from MCT Premium Medium-Chain Triglyceride Oil to FLEX-C 810.

· Packaging Design: Color changed from brown to earth tone.

· Product Content: Increased from 500mg to 550mg

Side Box:

· Removed “Manufactured by / Dikilangkan Oleh” section

· “Imported by / Di Import Oleh” changed to “Owner of Right of Manufacture.”

· “Exclusive Marketed by/ Eksklusif Pemasaran Oleh” changed to “Distributed by Product Registration Holder.”

· Address changed from Level 13 to Level 7

· Certification & Compliance: Added five certification logos (ISO, HACCP, FDA, GMP & HALAL).

Side Box:

· Product name changed from Dual name Premium MCT Oil / Minyak MCT Premium to FLEX-C 810.

· Updated the “Ingredients / Ramuan” list section

· Indication section which previously included the storage information has been split into a separate category.

· Suggested Use section revised to remove the Treatment section

· Added additional information for :

* Warnings / amaran and

* Storage / penyimpanan

· “Lot No.” changed to “Batch No.”

· Removed 3 logos (eg: GMP, PIC/S, and HALAL) previously printed on this side of the box

The current batch will last until 9th November 2025. The new batch will be dispatched by 10th November 2025 by the Operations Team.
