Subject: Clarification on Sales Report and Annual Pool Calculation

Dear Marketers,

Please be informed of the following clarification regarding sales reporting and bonus pool calculation:

Sales Report (By Marketing Team)
* The Sales Report issued by the Marketing Team will be based on the Original Price of the products.
* This reflects the gross sales value before applying any vouchers, discounts, or rebates, and serves as the standard reference for performance tracking.

System Sales Figure (Bonus Pool)
* The Trendwellness System Sales Figure recorded in the company system represents the Actual Amount Collected by the company.
* This figure will be used as the official basis for Annual Bonus Pool calculations, as it reflects the real revenue received after all deductions.

All marketers are advised to take note of this difference and ensure a clear understanding when reviewing reports or performance figures.
